| Parsley flakes |
2 tbsp |
| Celery seed |
1 tbsp |
| Marjoram |
1 tbsp |
| Onion granules |
1 tbsp |
| Oregano |
1 tbsp |
| Rosemary |
1 tbsp |
| Sage |
1 tbsp |
| Sea salt |
1 tbsp |
| Thyme |
1 tbsp |
| Black pepper |
2 tsp |
| Bay leaf |
1 tsp |
| Comino seeds |
1 tsp |
| Garlic granules |
1 tsp |
| Ginger root |
1 tsp |
| Mustard seeds |
1 tsp |
Grind all ingredients into a powder with a spice grinder or blender and mix thoroughly. Store in airtight container in freezer for maximum freshness and potency.
Note: I buy some of these ingredients, ginger and sage for example, already ground into a powder. I don't know a good way to measure bay leaves; I just grab two or three leaves, tell myself "That looks like a teaspoon to me" and throw them in the grinder.
