On Monday morning, July 23rd my mother fell and broke her right hip.   She went to Llano Memorial Hospital, via Llano EMS, they sent her on to Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg, they patched her up and we picked her up, to bring her home on Saturday July 28th.   Our car broke down in Llano but the shop which services our vehicles is also located in Llano and we made to the shop. After a few phone calls (lots of folks aren't home on Saturday afternoon) we contacted a generous neighbor who picked us up and gave us a ride home. Since then we've had friends, neightbors, nurses, coordinators, nurses assistants, physical therapists, hospital personel, and I'm not entirely certain who-all else in-and-out our door and/or on the phone.   I'm not entirely certain how we even managed to get this issue of our ezine published but somehow we did.   Our personal news page isn't so fortunate.

This is all you get this time.   Maybe we can do better on the 15th...   we'll see. *shrug*
